School Complaints Procedure
At Netley Abbey Junior school we work in partnership with parents to help provide the education, support and nurture that our children require.
Occasionally though, problems can arise that need to be resolved. We promote an open door policy and find that most concerns can be easily rectified through discussion and planning with your child’s class teacher.
There are rare situations where you may feel that the concern requires further attention and then the dialogue could be held with our Executive Headteacher or a member of our leadership team.
If parents are not satisfied after such discussions have taken place, they may make a formal complaint to the Governing Body which should be addressed to the Chair of School Governors at the school address.

Any concerns should be discussed with your child’s class teacher. If they are not resolved please contact the school office for the attention of Miss Rosie Tebbutt, Head of School.
