Remote Learning

In the event of an unforeseen school closure, staff will make every effort to provide home learning for any affected classes. Depending on the nature of the closure, this may take the form of a printed work pack to be completed at home or learning activities shared via email.

Should remote learning be necessary, parents and carers will receive an email containing clear instructions on how to access the learning materials, along with guidance on how they can support their child’s learning at home.

To further support learning, we recommend the Oak National Academy website, which offers a wide range of high-quality lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups. Parents and pupils can use the site to find lessons that reinforce or extend learning at home. We also encourage pupils to continue practising their spelling and times tables using Spelling Shed and TT Rock Stars.
